Barrister Franklin NGABE is an Attorney-at-law and the Managing Partner of the firm. He is a Member of the Cameroon Bar Association and the Gambia Bar Association. He holds a graduate degree in Business Law, and a Certificate in General Courses on Intellectual Property delivered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Barrister Franklin NGABE has completed a professional internship at the Office of the Attorney General of Gambia and at the chambers of the Lord Justice of the High Court as a pupil magistrate. He contributed to the Chambers Global Practice Guide 2019 on Trademarks, the 2019 International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) on Mergers and Acquisitions, and the Lex Africa Guide 2019 on Doing Business in Africa. He has expertise on corporate litigation files and counterfeiting proceedings. He provides advice on intellectual property issues, including trademarks, patents, industrial designs, trade names, and geographical indications. He recognises the significant value of IP rights and takes a practical approach to resolving issues. He oversees complex corporate matters with a focus on the following sectors: Financial Services, Telecommunication, Distribution, Construction, Health, Tourism, Transportation, Audio-visual, Postal Courier, Insurance, and Banking.

He advised The World Bank Group and the World Trade Organization on trade in services policies in Cameroon for the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) negotiations. The combined African Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the 55 Member States was valued at USD 3.4 trillion with a population of 1.3 billion people. The AfCFTA Agreement represents the turning point that will accelerate intra-African trade and promote Africa’s global market position by unifying the continent under one voice. He is an approved and certified World Bank Consultant.

He is also a member of the Global Shapers community of the World Economic Forum.

Barrister Ngabe is fluent in English and French.

Barrister Alang MEH Stephen is an Attorney at Law and a member of the Cameroon Bar Association. He holds a Master Degree in Business Law and a certificate in  Alternative Dispute Resolution issued by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

He specialises in criminal litigation, alternative dispute resolution, labor and employment, real estate transactions, common law, succession disputes, insurance, immigration and nationalities. 

He is an astute human rights advocate and dedicated to his course of making sure the rights of the oppressed and the weak is respected.

Barrister LANJO François is a lawyer and a member of the Cameroon Bar Association. After having completed his Master’s Degree in Public International Law and a professional Masters in Business law, with specialization in corporate governance and commercial contracts, he proceeded with his studies in the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) in Rwanda where he obtained a post graduate diploma in legal practice.
He has a mastery of advocacy and legal principles acquired throughout his training at both local and international institutions.
He gives a critical approach to issues arising from contract interpretations and drafting as well as advising companies on corporate governance.
His expertise covers real estate transactions, mergers and acquisition, restructuring transactions, local investments, and civil and criminal litigation.
Barrister Lanjo nurtures close attorney-client relationships by putting at the centre of his practice the human element essential for enhancing efficiency and delivering excellent client care.

Barrister NGO MBOM POUHE Rose is a lawyer and a member of the Cameroon Bar Association. Her dynamism and professional skills makes her stand out as one of the best in a very challenging legal field.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law and has acquired experience practicing over the years with other renowned firms in Cameroon.
As a tax consultant, she has advised many companies on tax compliance and governance as well as preparing case files and assisting clients in court.
She has a mastery in debt recovery procedures, real estate litigation, and drafting and negotiating contracts.
